My wife went to go get us some food I asked for no pickles there's a million pickles on it and the burgers bun is burnt I go to call the guy gives me a fake name and a fake number. I used to work at this Burger King years ago it was great I don't know what happened but it's going absolutely downhill and it will not be going to the Burger King ever again most likely never to visit a Burger King ever again as their company has gone downhill food quality is absolutely garbage the customer service is absolutely horrendous and the employees just don't care anymore and the management is right up there with the employees absolute trash just like their food

Worse Food and cold and top of that warming sandwich in Microwave

31930 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, BC. Customer Service from a young Boy, very good.

It was about 22.40 to night we order six Sandwich and four Fries. Boy took order, and he started making by himself, and he was just struggling alone and there were two other Girls they were just busy in cleaning stoves fryer and other things, and Boy fried Patties and fries, and he left and start filling drinks for us and those were sitting long time in strainer and Girl started cleaning the fryer with metal stick and pouring with mug oil or water and even our Patties and fries were sitting under that in strainer, we saw that, and our feel got bad that how we can eat that ? All drink machines were empty and no ice. They brought us our drink from inside without ice and there was a sign that no ice in Restaurant and after all Boy started making sandwiches and after that they put it in Microwave and I asked them why they are using Microwave and Girl said our Grill or Bread toaster is not working, We got surprised how everything is not working, it is not a family Restaurant it is big chain.

After all, we got our food and every thing was soggy and Buns almost broken with microwave, and we spent $46.50 for taking home to throw in garbage. 5 stars to young Boy who was struggling alone even I told girls that they need to help him But girls were busy in cleaning because customer not matter to them. Because they want to do closing task, and it was less than 11pm. I wanted to return my Food right away but not because Boy worked very hard by himself so we did not complain about him but girls both of them need to understand that customer is a priority not ignore the customer and run here to there.

Customers are paying for job, no customer no jobs this is truth and workers need to understand. If they help each other there is no chance that food is going to be cold, but they are not working as a team because they have no idea that hot patties need to go in bun right way, it is not that it will sit in a basket for long time. And when food will cold they will put in microwave.

I saw every thing with my eyes, It happened on Wednesday night February 7th 2024. Again, no complaint with the Boy because he was doing his job.

I visited Queen and Airport location at Brampton Ontario on December 26th at 5.30 pm .. My order number was 77 .

The customer service provided was extremely horrible from the manager to the staff .. I requested freshly made three spicy crispy chicken burger and was served with a cold meal .. It was mentioned to the manager Ms. Polly and the reply was that this is all that we have to serve.

I am sure the burger patties were made by the chef long back as they were cold. The same cold burgers were served at the next table as he to complained about it. On taking this issue back to the manager the kitchen staff (Mr. Vikas) came charging out at me and he was stopped by Ms.

Polly the manager. Instead of accepting the mistake she asked me to leave the restaurant.

I was with my wife and son . This behavior was highly unprofessional and I would never visit Burger King ever again ..

A horrible experience with this place

For one we were at the drive-through on Memorial Drive and 52nd St., Southeast this Burger King we asked for three number eights. Then we get our order after 20 minutes of waiting and it was incorrect.

We got home and we seen that they messed up our order, then the one manager was swearing at myself and my sister and saying that we were wrong when we knew what we ordered and they put out a huge blowout. I finally went and I got a refund, the manager refused to give me this are the store number refused to give me the district managers info because she claims that not allowed which is a lie because I know youre allowed to handle that information if its requested I am very disgusted with this Burger King the meat on the burgers was not even cooked. They were still pink in the middle.

It made us all sick and they did not want to redo our order so we had a huge conflict with them. I am very upset with this place and I hope the legal matters will come in place.

The day I was getting my burger and it did not come out the way I wanted it when I got home. It wasn’t what I had ordered. I don’t know if it was too busy or what but there was another lady there. I think she was a Uber driver and she said she’s been waiting for over a half hour. so I don’t know what the problem was that day a bunch of school kids were there, so I guess they just felt overwhelmed.
